The Big Chico Creek Watershed Project wishes to thank the funding agencies that made this project possible. CALFED recognized the importance of watershed assessment by approved the request for funding and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency through its watershed projects funded this project.

The Big Chico Creek Watershed Alliance initiated this project through the CSU Chico Research Foundation. Dr. Donald Holtgrieve, Project Director, Department of Geography and Planning Office of Watershed Projects, provided the guidance that made this project possible. Support from the Watershed Projects staff, especially Laura Lukes, has been invaluable.
